Holiday with your own horses

Our "horse apartment"

You want to spend your holidays in the sunny south of France, but you don't want to miss your beloved four-legged friends?
Why not bring your horses with you and stable them in our own open stable less than 300 metres from your holiday apartment. This offers space for up to three guest horses.
Around Villa Melocoton there is a great, extensive network of trails where you can explore nature far away from noisy roads. So if you like horseback riding as much as we do and want to explore vineyards, olive groves and pine forests with your best friend, you've come to the right place! We will be happy to show you around and give you tips for beautiful destinations.
It is possible to keep your animals separately from ours in a small, separate open stable with its own turnout, or to put them (after a first sniff over the fence) with our three compatible geldings on the large pasture.
Our horses are kept robustly, which means: enough space to roam around, 24-hour hay and always a buddy to play with, cuddle and shoo away flies. However, robust does not mean that we have to do without a little "luxury". We have running water, electricity, toilet and of course a spacious lockable tack and feed room.
There is also a nice sitting area where we like to have a drink after the ride (yes, we also have a fridge at the stable!) and review our trip or already plan the next route!
Speaking of planning: we are happy to help you plan your ride to us. We know suitable stops along the route from Germany to us where horse and rider can comfortably spend a night. So feel free to write to us with any questions you may have about the "horse apartment"!

Prices: 20 euros per day/horse including space in our own open stable, unlimited good quality hay, high quality feed, carrots and apples and of course the use of our tack room with enough space for your accessories.
